We are open Mon-Fri from 8 am - 5 pm; We are closed on Sat-Sun.

May I visit TAMC without a scheduled appointment?

As of 2024 we are an Appointment-Only Clinic but we are always willing to accommodate patients given extenuating circumstances. 
If you are having a medical emergency please go to the nearest E.R. or dial 911.

Question 3

Will TAMC accept my insurance provider? What about Medicare/Medicaid?

Accepted Answer

We accept most major insurance providers as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay. Please bring your insurance card with you so we can verify your information.

Question 4

What is your policy on cancelling appointments?

Accepted Answer

Please notify our clinic about your cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $25 fine.

Question 5

As a first time patient, should I bring my medical records/reports with me?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, please bring at least the past 1-year's records. (e.g., progress notes, x/rays & other scans, lab results, and key medical records from other providers). 
*Note that if you are a new patient, you may need to fill out a medical records request form and will require confirmation by the office staff/Dr. Cherian that you have been accepted as a new patient.

If I am unable to retrieve certain records, can TAMC obtain them from my previous provider?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, once you sign a medical release form (available at our front desk), we may request access to your previous medical records.

Question 7

Can I bring my child to my visit? Is there any childcare available at TAMC?

Accepted Answer

We welcome kids and have a "kids corner" with games, puzzles, and other toys in our waiting room! Unfortunately, we cannot provide childcare. It may be helpful to bring someone to remain with them while you are visiting with the doctor.

What do I need to bring for an immigration (INS) physical?

Accepted Answer

Bring a 
Valid photo ID (e.g., Texas ID, Driver's License, Passport, or Matricula ID; no visas/employment cards)
Your most recent updated shot record (if available)
 Means of payment ($450 for adults, $350 for children 13 years and younger).

What do I need to bring for a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical?

Accepted Answer

Bring a valid driver's license and means of payment ($150).
